Customer Support Specialist

Floify is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help with the technical success of our customers and to be heavily involved with account on-boarding, training, & technical support. Must be a friendly, on-the-spot problem solver who can adapt quickly, take initiative, and have the flexible skill set to provide technical customer support by responding to high volume phone calls and emails in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

About the Customer Support Specialist Position:


  • Provide technical customer support by using ticketing and phone systems
  • Provide customer training via screen share software
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Success Teams to ensure seamless on-boarding, new account deployment, and ongoing technical support


  • 1+ years experience providing exceptional software or technical customer support required
  • Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing system helpful
  • Experience with problem-solving and complex troubleshooting a plus
  • Must have excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must be an exceptional team player

This in-office position will fill the 7:00am – 3:30pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm shift, varies by weekly schedule.

Account Manager

Floify is looking to hire an Account Manager with 1+ year experience to be an integral part of a fast-paced team. This position will be primarily focused on Account Management for some of our largest and most significant key accounts.

About the Account Manager position:


  • Manage the customer experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Manage account strategies and nurture relationships with multi-functional teams
  • Identify customer priorities, strategic initiatives, and operational goals
  • Guide the on-boarding, rollout, and account management from closed sale to renewal
  • Enthusiasm for increasing customer adoption and delivering value
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Floify software, the mortgage market, and our customers needs
  • Be 'air traffic control' for all the moving pieces to ensure your accounts are constantly successful and happy


  • Must be technically savvy and highly organized
  • Requires excellent coaching, training, writing, project management and communication skills
  • Requires a multifunctional focus and the ability to 'wear many hats'
  • 1+ year Sales, Support, or Account Management experience
  • Experience writing clear professional email
  • A passion for helping others and solving complex problems in creative ways
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Strong decision making abilities
  • Must be a team player who performs well independently
  • Limited travel will be required
