More Ways to Analyze Your Loan Data
New metrics have been added to Floify's Reporting & Analytics dashboard, including:
- Loan application – median start to submit time
- Loan application – median submit to conversion time
- Loan application – prospects by co-branded landing page
- Documents uploaded
- Documents accepted
- Documents rejected
- Loans by creation source
These additional metrics will help origination teams dive deep into their loan application process, get a feel for the quality of the documents their borrowers upload to Floify, as well as determine which channels and landing pages are responsible for the most loan file creations.

New Features Coming to the Floify Mobile App
The latest version of Floify's iOS and Android mobile apps is coming to the app stores soon! The impending release puts more of Floify's beloved document management functionality into the hands of loan originators and their support teams.
From their smart device, LOs can easily add new documentation requests to loan flows via their pre-configured template docs or one-off request.
Additionally, loan teams can expedite the origination process from anywhere by using the Floify mobile app to review uploaded documents and approve or reject the file as necessary.

Rename a Document in View Mode
Users now have the ability to rename the document directly from the viewer modal. This small but impactful addition further refines the loan processing workflow by giving users the flexibility to perform a document rename at a more efficient time in their workflow.
The new functionality will help loan teams and processors review and adjust documents even faster within Floify.
Drag & Drop File Uploads
Borrowers and loan teams alike will enjoy the addition of drag and drop file uploads within the Floify platform.
This update makes it much easier and faster for users when they need to upload multiple files at a single time. The user simply highlights all of the pertinent documents in their file browser, drags them over to Floify, and releases the files to begin simultaneous upload.
