2025 marked a significant leap forward for digital mortgage software and automation across the industry. As 2025 comes to a close, we are reflecting on one of the most significant years in Floify’s history. In a lending landscape that continues to evolve rapidly, our mission remains the same: make mortgage workflows faster, simpler and more intuitive for lenders and borrowers.
In 2025, that mission translated into significant industry recognition and meaningful advancements in mortgage workflow automation, integrations and borrower experience. Together, with the lenders who rely on Floify every day, we pushed the digital mortgage forward in ways that will shape the coming year.
Earning national recognition for innovation
Floify’s product excellence earned national attention across the mortgage technology space. We were voted a 2025 NMP Originator Choice Award winner, receiving silver in our category. This recognition holds special meaning because the votes come directly from mortgage professionals who utilize these tools daily.
Our no-code Dynamic Apps engine received the first-ever Game Changer Award from PROGRESS in Lending, a new honor created to spotlight transformative mortgage technology across the ecosystem. We were also named to the HousingWire 2025 TECH100 list and recognized as the 2025 PropTech Breakthrough Award winner for Loan Origination Solution of the Year.
These acknowledgments reflect the innovation, speed, and simplicity our platform delivers, as well as the trust lenders place in Floify as the preferred digital mortgage platform.
Product advances that reshaped the digital mortgage workflow
Award wins do not happen in isolation. They come from real, lender-driven advancements. One of our most impactful launches this year was Dynamic AI. Instead of requiring borrowers to complete lengthy questionnaires at the start of the application process, Dynamic AI allows borrowers to begin by simply uploading their pay stubs, W-2s, and IDs. The system instantly extracts and verifies the data, then prepopulates the application before any questions are asked. This creates a faster and more accurate experience that simplifies the application process. It also provides loan officers with cleaner files from the outset, while reducing repetitive manual data entry.
Dynamic Apps continues to evolve as well. With the release of the second version of Dynamic Apps, slated for 2026, lenders will be able to design fully customized application types for specialized workflows, such as construction loans, HELOCs and non-QM products. This will enable them to deliver differentiated borrower experiences without relying on engineering support. Custom workflows like these will make adding new loan products more accessible, flexible and easier, an advantage for teams looking to modernize their loan origination workflow.
Borrower education will also advance next year with the introduction of Talk’uments. This integration will bring multilingual, frictionless education directly into Floify, allowing borrowers to access plain-language explainer pages for loan details and LE and CD forms without needing a portal login.
Floify’s disclosure experience will also enter a new era with the upcoming release of Disclosure Desk 2.0. This update will deliver a cleaner interface, simplified workflows and improved automation, helping disclosure teams work faster with fewer clicks and smoother handoffs.
In addition, Enhanced Conditions for Encompass will introduce clearer organization, increased automation, and a workflow that reduces the typical back-and-forth between borrowers and processors. This update shortens processing time while improving accuracy and transparency throughout the file.
We also expanded Floify’s integration framework:
- Our integration with DocMagic enables lenders to generate initial and closing disclosure packages within their LOS, allowing borrowers to review and e-sign those documents directly within the Floify portal. This creates a unified, end-to-end experience with fewer system jumps for both lenders and borrowers.
- Byte Conditions Sync enables lenders to import borrower-requested conditions directly from Byte into Floify, with options to auto-import or review them first. Borrower responses are synced back to Byte automatically, eliminating duplicate entry and creating a more seamless mortgage POS experience.
- Our integration with Vesta further reinforces Floify’s role as a central workflow hub. Loans created in Floify auto-populate in Vesta, and application data and borrower-uploaded documents move seamlessly.
These advances reduced friction and increased clarity, speed and confidence throughout the mortgage process. Lenders capitalized on this momentum to establish stronger operational foundations during a year when housing activity began to show signs of recovery. Floify’s roadmap aligned directly with this shift, providing lending teams with better tools for efficiency and offering borrowers a smoother, more guided experience.
Positioning lenders for what comes next
The most important part of our year-end review is the reminder that every advance we released was shaped by lender feedback. Your input drives our roadmap. Your challenges become our priorities. Your borrowers shape our standards for excellence in clarity and ease of use. We are grateful for your partnership and proud of the work we accomplished together in 2025.
As we look ahead to 2026, we are energized by the possibilities that lie ahead. More intelligent automation, stronger loan origination system integrations and deeper workflow connectivity are on the horizon. We look forward to sharing what's next.
