Our second new feature, Prospect from LOS 1003, helps simplify the process of creating new loan applications for clients with existing LOS files.

Floify customers have expressed the challenges faced when a loan must be deleted and started from scratch, often for compliance reasons, regularly taking 10-15 minutes to replicate a file from their LOS. For some large lenders, this occurs hundreds of times per week, leading to the need for dedicated support staff to assist with manual replication.

Prospect from LOS 1003 solves this issue by allowing LO Teams to seamlessly import 1003 data from their integrated Encompass, MeridianLink, or BytePro LOS, making it significantly easier and faster to complete loan applications for refinances, HELOCs, multiple purchases, and restarted loan flows.
