Customize How and When You Receive Document Upload Notifications in Floify
The Floify platform excels at keeping all loan stakeholders informed and accountable for their part in the mortgage origination process.
For borrowers, the system delivers notifications and reminders that promote accountability by informing the borrower of any new or outstanding requirements. Loan originators and their teams are kept in-the-loop about new applications and document uploads so that they can take action immediately.
Anytime a borrower uploaded a document, Floify would start a 15-minute notification countdown on that loan flow. If more documents were uploaded in that window, the countdown would start over. 15 minutes after the last document was uploaded, the owner and followers of that loan would be notified of the new documents pending review.
This functionality has helped many, MANY originators and processors stay on top of their loan activity. That said, Floify has always prided itself on being the most customizable point-of-sale platform in the industry and making these notifications more flexible for our customers has been a top priority.
So, today, we are excited to announce that customizable loan activity notifications are now live in Floify! Check out this exciting new feature, and some other highlights from our recent release, below.
Get Notified About Document Uploads and Signatures the Way You Want, When You Want
With this new release, Lender and Manager users will be able to customize just how – and when – they get notified about borrower uploads and eSignature executions on loan flows they own or follow.
These customers now have the power to collapse all of the potential notifications across all loans into a single digest-style email, and can also dictate just how frequently those emails are sent – even down to choosing specific times of the day to receive them.
Additional customization options give users even more granular control over what exactly is contained within their notifications, such as excluding eSignature executions and documents that have already been reviewed and approved.
Start taking advantage of this new functionality today to create more focus time, reduce your inbox traffic, or become more responsive to your borrowers with Floify!
Tailor the Loan Application Invitation Email For Your Brand
Loan origination teams now have the flexibility to edit their Floify loan application invitation email template to create a dynamic and on-brand early touch point for borrowers.
This notification is triggered when a new prospect is created in Floify and serves the purpose of inviting the prospect to click through and begin their loan application.
With this update, teams can completely customize the subject line and body of the email template leveraging the built-in editor with data merge fields for personalization. LOs can use this opportunity to provide prospects with additional information, resources, or guidance that will help build a stronger relationship and more informed borrower.
At this stage of the mortgage process with a new prospect, relationship building, engagement speed, and ease of application are critical to winning business.
Pinch & Zoom With the Latest Floify Mobile App
If there is one drawback to mobile devices, it is the compression experienced when reviewing documentation on a small screen. Depending on the file uploaded, the print can be too small to read without aid.
Which is why in the latest release of the Floify iOS and Android mobile apps – which just went live on your favorite app store last week – we've added pinch-to-zoom gesture support to the app's document viewer.
Loan document management has never been faster, easier, or more mobile!
Floify E-Sign – Save Progress
The newest version of our native Floify E-Sign solution helps deliver a more enjoyable, frustration-free experience for borrowers and other loan stakeholders through the addition of progress saving.
Now, when a document signer leaves the session after only partially completing their Floify E-Sign requirements, the system will automatically save their progress so that they can start from the same spot when they return.
