Big shifts don’t rattle Floify — they rally us.

As I step in as interim president and general manager at Floify, I want to speak directly to our customers, partners, and peers across mortgage tech: Floify isn’t slowing down. We’re shifting gears and stepping on the gas.

For the past three years, Sofia Rossato has led Floify with a steady hand, sharp vision and no-nonsense execution. Although she’s moving on to an exciting new chapter in her career, she will continue to lend her expertise while this team keeps on rolling with the momentum she helped create.

And what a team it is. Industry veteran Jason Mapes, head of sales, is a force on the sales front. Head of Marketing Courtney Dodd is redefining how we connect with customers and our industry. Sol Klein, head of customer experience and business operations, knows what lenders need before they do — and makes sure they get it, fast and friction-free. The engineering team, headed by Chris Johnson, is shipping smarter, faster tech. And Sydney Barber, head of product, is driving product innovation that keeps our customers agile in a tough market. We’re not just in capable hands — our leaders have proven their chops and know how to win.

Our financial position remains equally strong. As a Porch Group company, we're backed by a solid balance sheet. Porch Group’s transition to a reciprocal insurance model - designed to align incentives with policyholders and improve capital efficiency - has drawn positive commentary from equity analysts, coinciding with increasing investor interest and stock performance gains.Moreover, Floify is experiencing our most robust pipeline of enterprise-level accounts to date. Lenders are coming to Floify for something different: a modern, responsive platform backed by a team that knows how to deliver.

In this interim role, my priority is clear: keep Floify’s momentum going strong and ensure we continue delivering exceptional value to our mortgage lending partners. We’re not hitting pause. We’re moving forward.

The search for our next permanent leader is underway, and we’ll take our time to find someone who gets where the market’s headed, our competitive edge, and how to scale impact without compromising quality. We'll carefully select Floify’s next long-term leader, ensuring we find the right individual to build on what we’ve accomplished and drive us forward.
