Get Valuable Insight Into Your Lending Operation with Floify’s New Reporting & Analytics Dashboard
Today’s most successful (and profitable) businesses are those that use their internal data to quickly identify and implement tactical process improvements.
And, now, we are making it easier than ever for mortgage lenders to access and visualize their loan and borrower data with the launch of the Floify Reporting & Analytics dashboard!
With this new functionality, company managers will be armed with the information necessary to make informed strategic decisions and take their business to the next level.
Filtered Reporting at Your Fingertips
Lenders can take advantage of the insights provided by the Reporting & Analytics dashboard to find bottlenecks in their process, evaluate the performance of their loan production teams, or dig into the details of their typical borrower profile.
Reporting & Analytics delivers historical statistics, filterable by loan team and time segment, on these data points:
- Application Metrics: See where your prospects are coming from, what type of loan is filling your company’s pipelines, and details about your loan application usage with measurements for applications started, application completion rate, applications submitted by loan type, and prospects by lead source.
- Borrower Demographic Metrics: Understand who your company’s typical customer is to help inform targeted marketing campaigns with metrics for active borrower age and borrower device usage (desktop/mobile/tablet/etc).
- Loan Metrics: Get the scoop on how efficiently your teams – or organization – are performing with details on the number of loan flows created, the median length of time for a loan to close, and their mortgage pull-through rate.
- Disclosure Metrics: Enterprise lenders who utilize Floify’s Disclosure Desk solution can leverage the Reporting & Analytics dashboard to monitor the volume of disclosures being sent through the platform, as well as how many of those disclosures are completed.
Administrators can choose which of these reports is available on the dashboard as well as which teams in their organization to track. They will also be able to configure the milestones that are used to trigger the Loan Closed and Loan Funded events necessary for certain reports.
The Reporting & Analytics dashboard can be accessed via your account’s Company Dashboard, under the new Activity navigation heading.
